Our client, Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria (AMCON), established as a resolution vehicle/stabilizing and revitalizing tool in the Nigerian economy is seeking to recruit qualified professionals as team heads and team members to fill the positions below:

Position:     Performance Management and Compensation

  • Provide services to employees to answer their benefit questions and resolve problems related to payment or access to benefits
  • Maintain employee benefits data in automated human resources information systems
  • Coordinate transfer of data to external vendors, plan providers, auditors and consultants,
  • Negotiate and contract with benefit plan providers, vendors and auditors for services, premiums and plan administration.

 

Requirements:

  • Must have 10 to 15 years post call experience

 

Position:     Training and Career Development

  • Plan, organize, direct, control or coordinate the personnel, training or labor relations activities
  • Analyze training need to design employee development, language training and health/safety programmes.

Requirements:

  • Must have 10 to 15 years post call experience
