Position: Personal Assistant/ Executive Secretary

The ideal candidate for this position preferably a male should not be more than 35.

He should possess the following qualifications and attitudes:

 

Requirements & Duties

  • B.Sc in the Humanities (English/Mass Communication or any relevant Social Science discipline (Minimum degree).
  • Other proven professional qualification will be an added advantage.
  • At least 5 years work experience in the same capacity in a highly established industry
  • Proficiency in computer package utilization
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and take initiatives
  • Assisting to manage output, workflow and office deadline.
  • Liaise with relevant individuals, external organizations etc, to arrange meetings prepare agenda and draft minutes
  • Coordinate travel itinerary in conjunction with the protocol Officer and in-house group
  • Conduct research, media relations and promotional works.
  • Initiate, source and develop strategic information and technical data from relevant local and international bodies to support and enhance broad network, competitive and business intelligence and professional affiliation.
  • Develop and maintain a mini library as reference guide to write quality speeches.
  • Manage internal and external communication through briefings, suggestions and detailed reports, strategic advice, correspondence as well as ensuring the stake holders are kept informed about the company’s operations, business objectives and key issues affecting the industry
  • Communicate effectively with stake holders, including contractors, consultants etc with excellent persuasive/negotiation skills and proactive information and issues management on company’s operations are objectives

 

Position: General Manager (GM Operations)

The Ideal candidate for this position should not be more than 45years.

He/She should possess the following qualification abilities and attitudes

Requirement and Duties

  •  A good degree in any social science related discipline (Minimum degree).
  • An MBA together with other proven professional qualifications with other proven professional qualifications will be an added advantage.
  • At least 10 years work experience of which at least 7years must have been at managerial levels.
  • Taking responsibilities for higher level planning of the organization’s day to day activities.
  • Taking responsibility for the overall strategic planning and direction of the organization.
  • Ability to work successfully lead and direct teams.
  • Ability to support the Executive Management team in the achievements of organization’s objectives.
  • Ability to successfully implement the policies, decisions, orders and resolutions of the organizations as directed by its board of directors and exercise general operation and administrative supervision over the authority.
  • Render support in the hiring/training and managing of the organization’s staff strength.
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills in English and work to tight schedules.
