Vacancies: Personal Assistant to the Registrar/Chief Executive, IT Officer, Security Guards
Applications are invited for the following urgent positions:
Position: Personal Assistant to the Registrar/Chief Executive
Duties
- To provide efficient total administrative support to the Chief Executive.
Qualification and Experience:
- A Degree or HND in any one of the following disciplines: Secretarial Administration, Business Administration, Mass Communication, English.
- The right candidate must have extensive experience in all aspects of Executive Office Administration.
Position: IT Officer
Duties:
- Responsible for the Institute’s Management Information Systems including website design, hosting and administration; computerization of accounting, students, and members records; networking; procurement and maintenance of systems.
Qualification and Experience:
- A Degree or HND in Computer Science with wide experience in dealing with all of the IT functions specified above.
Position: Security Guards
(Location: Ojo Road, Festac, Mebamu)
Qualifications and Experience:
- Applicants must be reasonably literate and have experience in providing day and night security services.
