The Ideal Candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing the workforce in a manufacturing environment
- Establish an effective appraisal and performance evaluation process that will cut across departments for optimal result in the organization.
- Identifying human capital needs through analysis, competency requirements, manning requirements and structure
- Applying modern and dynamic approach to HR management and making HR a Business Partner.
Education: First degree in Personnel Management or other Social Science/Art disciplines
Experience:
- At least 6 years work experience with 4 years experience in Personnel Management from a manufacturing firm
Position: Engineering Manager: Sort Code: EMR/004
The ideal Candidate will be responsible for:
- Designing & Implementing maintenance schedule for all category of machines in a typical factory
- Installing new machines and generating innovative ideas to adapt technologies to our environment where need be
- Managing the Engineering team to achieve business objectives
Education: First degree in Mech. or Elect. Engineering with evidence of proficiency in other Engineering disciplines
Experience:
- At least 6 years work experience
- 4years experience in Engineering management in a manufacturing organization
Position: Sales Manager: Sort Code: SMR/005
The Ideal Candidate will be responsible for:
- Evaluating Sales performance in relation to a given Marketing region, segment & budget
- Leading and motivating a Sales team to achieve targeted Sales objectives
- Providing leadership that will enthrone performance driven team
Education: First degree-preferably in the Social Sciences
Experience:
- At least 4 years Sales/Marketing experience in a manufacturing organization
