Position: Procurement Manager (Abuja)

Job Profile:

This is a full manager position. Reporting to the Director of Procurement, the successful candidate will have the responsibility of ensuring an efficient and timely procurement of non-ethical goods and services. S/He will implement a quality assurance system for procured goods and services and ensure regulatory compliance where necessary. S/He will also generate routine reports on procurement progress against plan, and supervise procurement logistics.

 

Qualifications/Experience:

Minimum Academic/Professional Qualification required for the position:

  • Must possess a first degree in a relevant field.
  • Must be CIPSN certified
  • Must possess a minimum of eight (8) years of demonstrated experience in purchasing and supply/procurement function five (5) of which must have been in similar capacity.
  • Hands-on experience in the use of SAP ERP for procurement business solutions will be of added advantage.
  • Must be literate and versatile in Microsoft. Excel and or Access packages
  • Must possess good analytical and interpersonal skills.

 

Position: Assistant Manager, Information Technology (Abuja)

Job Profile:

Reporting to the Manager Information Technology (IT). The successful candidate will support the IT Manager in core hands-on support and implementation of IT projects for basic cost saving measures. S/He will be directly involved in the research, design, execution and support of in-house IT projects towards improving and sustaining the organization’s IT platforms. S/He will supervise the implementation of IT service desk and ensure that all IT documentations arc developed and updated regularly. S/He will be involved in implementing an appropriate Change Management system on all IT infrastructures; supervise the Archival projects and all Disaster Recovery issues for SFJ servers.

 

Qualifications/Experience:

Minimum Academic/Professional Qualifications required for the position:

  • Must possess a B.Sc/HND degree in any of the following: Computer Science/ Information Technology or Electrical Electronics Engineering
  • Must possess a minimum of live (5) years post NYSC practical (hands-on) working experience in an IT firm or within an IT unit of an enterprise firm with remote inter-linked locations.
  • Must possess relevant IT certifications (CCNA, ITIL, Microsoft and Vmware).
  • Must he conversant with Microsoft office 2007 packages and exchange
  • Must have good knowledge of IT user support systems.
  • Must have excellent communication skills and high level of integrity and responsibility.
  • Must have been supporting users on ERP especially SAP. Crystal Reporting and Rapid Marts.
