Pact Nigeria seeks for highly experienced and qualified candidates to fill the opened positions below.
Position: Procurement Officer (Abuja)

Location: Yola and Abuja
The Procurement Officer will assist in ensuring appropriate and efficient policies and procedures governing procurement, office management and general administration support on program activities are adequately implemented. The jobholder will provide support in procurement activities for Pact’s office and sub-grantees, making timely payments to Vendors and for other project related expenses such as telephone, travel etc. The jobholder will provide support in preparation of bid analysis, negotiation memos, purchase orders and other procurement documents in accordance with Pact’s and donor policies and procedures. The jobholder will provide support with Pact Nigeria inventory management. The jobholder will assist with the maintenance of all equipment.
Minimum Requirements:
- B.Sc in Public Administration, Business Administration, Management or any other relevant field.
- At least 3 years relevant experience in areas of office administration and procurement with a minimum of 1 year international NGO.
- Proven experience in procurement process
Position: Information Technology (IT) Officer (Gombe)

Location: Yola
The IT Officer will perform maintenance and repair of Pact Nigeria computers and peripherals. The jobholder will provide support on design and update of Pact Nigeria monthly Newsletter and uploads Newsletter upon completion. The jobholder will provide IT support for meeting and Workshops. The jobholder will provide support with weekly back up of Staff work data. The jobholder will maintain office LAN and Internet & Printer Sharing.
Minimum Requirements:
- B.Sc in Computer Science, Information Technology or its equivalent
- At least 3 years relevant experience in areas of information Technology management with a minimum of 1 year international NGO.
- Relevant certifications and membership of a professional body will be an added advantage.
- Excellent ability to communicate and maintain diplomatic and productive relations with the team; resourcefulness, flexibility and ability to work in a changing and challenging environment.
Position: Monitoring Evaluation, Reporting and Learning Operations (MERL) Assistant (Yola)

Location: Yola
The Monitoring, Evaluation, Reporting and Learning (MERL) Operations Assistant under the supervision of the Monitoring, Evaluation, Reporting and Learning (MERL) Officer, coordinates the implementation of the Impact Evaluation piece of Strengthening Maternal Newborn Child Health Project (MNCH) Frontline Organizations (FLOs) in Northeastern, Nigeria, The officer will be stationed at the project’s main office in Yola, Adamawa State with frequent travels to Gombe, Bauchi and Taraba States. The jobholder will assist in coordinating the Impact Evaluation (IE) component of the project including establishing and maintaining good relationship with participating organizations. The jobholder will ensure that IE component is on track by using appropriate management tools and techniques. The jobholder will organize activities related to the IE component like workshops, meetings etc. The jobholder will Ensure the quality of IE data generated meets sets standards while complying with the evaluation protocol.
Minimum Requirements:
- BA in Statistics, Mathematics, Social Sciences, Community or public health with at least 2 years of experience.
- Experience working with Civil Society Organizations and government Proficiency in report writing
- Experience in facilitating Organizational Capacity Assessment (OCA), Focus Group Discussion (FGD) and Social Network Analysis studies.
- Experience in using simple management tools and concepts in project management.
