A Well Established Indigenous Company is expanding its operations into the baking business and therefore requires the following key personnel to maintain its operations:

 

Position: Production/Bakery Manager

 

• Experienced Production Manager/Bakery Manager required in a rapidly expanding industrial bakery in Lagos.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day production, making sure that targets are met, as well as playing a key role in working to achieve the highest standards in quality, food safety, and sanitation for ail products produced in the bakery.

 

The ideal Candidates must have the following key attributes;

• Managerial experience, ideally in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry.
• An ability to work proactively to meet the demands I  and pressures of a fast-moving environment
• The ability to lead, motivate and encourage team working.
• Excellent people management skills

 

 

Qualifications:

• B.Sc/HND in Food Technology from a reputable institution. Minimum of 5 years experience.

 

 

Position: Sales Representatives

 

• A rapidly expanding industrial bakery looking for sales representatives to join its sales team. As a sales representative or ‘rep’ you would be responsible for finding and winning new customers, as well as looking after existing customer accounts.

 

 

Your day-to-day tasks are likely to include:

• Meeting sales targets
• Winning new business for the company
• Agreeing sales, prices, contracts and payments
• Promoting new products and any special deals
• Giving feedback on sales trends.

 

The successful candidates must have the following key skills:

• Confidence, motivation and determination
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills
• Good communication and ‘people skills
• The ability to work well on your own and also as part of a team
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Good business sense and a professional manner

 

Qualifications:

• B.Sc/HND in Marketing, Business Administration or related course. Minimum of 3years experience
