Vacancies: Production/Bakery Manager, Sales Representatives
A well Established Indigenous Company is expanding its operations into the baking business and therefore requires the following key personnel to man its operations:
Position: Production/Bakery Manager
Experienced Production Manager/bakery Manager required in a rapidly expanding industrial bakery in Lagos.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day production, making sure that targets are met, as well as playing a key role in working to achieve the highest standards in quality, food safety, and sanitation for all products produced in the bakery.
The ideal candidate must have the following key attributes:
- Management experience, ideally in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry.
- An ability to work proactively to meet the demands and pressures of a fast-moving environment
- The ability to lead motivate and encourage team working
- Excellent people management skills.
Qualifications:
- B.Sc/HND in Food Technology from a reputable institution
- Minimum of 5 years experience
- Age: 35 years and above.
Position: Sales Representatives
Qualifications:
- Candidates aged between 26-32
- Must possess B.Sc degree in Marketing or Business Administration
- With a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position.
- Successful candidates will be expected to achieve sales target.
- Candidate with lower qualifications but with several years experience can also apply.
