Position: Property Lawyer – REF: PROL

 The Property Lawyer will provide appropriate legal advice

 Qualification

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Law LLM will be an added advantage

Experience

  • Minimum of 8 years experience in managing real estate and property legal matters.
  • Thorough knowledge of property law and practice, contract documentation and litigation.

Responsibilities

  • Acquisition, compensation, financing of real estate to perfection of titles across Nigeria
  • Preparation and registration of all the legal documents
  • Dealing with title issues as they arise
  • Advice on contracts and procurement legislation, procedures and documents

Position: Protocol Officer – Ref: PO

The Protocol Officer will establish/maintain cordial relationship with appropriate government agencies and stakeholders

Qualification

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Social Sciences and any other related field
  • Relevant post graduate degree will be an added advantage.

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in handling of travels and protocol activities for Nigerians and expatriates.

Responsibilities

  • Collate information and manage arrival and departure schedules of company’s guests. Ensure prompt pick-up and drop off at the airport for guests
  • Provide airport assistance for all guests and manage hotel reservations as required.
  • Build and maintain cordial relationships with the various Government agencies at international/domestic airports in order to facilitate effective and timely discharge of responsibilities.
  • Ensure local transportation is provided to guests when required.
  • Collate requests for visa or permits and process payments to Nigeria Immigration Service.

Position:  Executive Assistant – Ref: EA

The Executive Assistant will be involved in managing the executive office.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of HND or University degree Not less than 45 years of age
  • Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to interact with staff at all levels in a fast paced environment.

Experience

  • Minimum of 10 years cognate experience in a similar role in a reputable organization.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft office packages

Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage the diary of the executive office, making and confirming appointments and ensuring all necessary paperwork is prepared relating to those appointments/ meetings.
  • Attend scheduled meetings and prepare minutes of the meetings.

  • Provide historical references to aid decision making.
  • Review of internal and external documents for executive action.
  • Follow through with planning, implementation and execution of projects.
  • Draft internal memoranda and external communication.
  • Ensure up to date information is available on the activities of the office always.
