Domino Stores Ltd was established in 1964 by William M. Murray-Bruce. It was one of the first indigenous retailers in the country. At inception the company’s business consisted of two supermarkets in Lagos. A wholesale distribution unit was soon added and Domino became one of the largest distributors of Lever Brothers and Nestle in Nigeria. By 1982 the company was operating 13 supermarkets and seven wholesale stores in Lagos, Ogun State and Rivers State.

Position: Property Manager

 

Location: Lagos

 

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies; negotiating and enforcing leases; maintaining and securing premises and handle all regulatory and statutory compliance issues.

 

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Minimum of 4 years experience in shopping center management/related management Bachelors Degree or an education/experience combination in  the areas of marketing, business administration, real estate (leasing), property management and/or retail management.
  • Understanding of business administration principles
  • Possess superior communication and interpersonal skills with a high degree of human relations skills
  • Proficient in applicable software (Word, Excel PowerPoint, Property Management software)
  • Strong organization and management skills
  • Candidate should be creative, having good communication skills; experience in handling Mall operations in previous assignments would be a bonus
  • He should be a good planner with ability to maintain good public relations (internal & external).
