An Estate Surveyors & Valuers Firm based in Lagos requires the services of the following positions below:
Position: Senior Estate Surveyor
Requirement:
- A first degree in Estate Management and being a fellow of NIESV is an added advantage with at least 3 years working experience
- Ability to identify opportunity for business development in line with the strategic vision of the company
- Good understanding of property law, valuation principles and building construction.
- Good grounding in contractual issues.
- Management of others including external contractors and Budget Management
- Excellent Verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of numeracy, interpersonal skills and ability to think strategically
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills including ability to work efficiently without supervision
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office package.
- A willingness to take responsibility
Position: Business Development Executives
Requirements:
- A First degree in Business Administration/Marketing and MS.c/MBA is very desirable with 2-3 years working experience
- Ability to draft documents in English, Capturing Key Points
- Ability to meet deadlines under pressure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office package
- A willingness to take responsibility
- Ability to identify opportunity for business development in line with the strategic vision of the company
- Knowledge of the Real Estate and Facility Management Market/Sector is desirable
