Requirements
- The ideal candidate for this position should be between 35 – 45 years and must possess University degree in Social Sciences, Management, or Humanities with a Masters degree in Business Administration or it’s equivalent.
- The candidate is expected to have at least 10 years experience as a senior manager in a reputable company.
- He must possess good knowledge of Nigerian Labour Law and high level skills in Administration, Human Resource Development Plans, Personnel and Industrial Relations are essential.
- The candidate must be an active member of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management .He must be computer literate.
