Vacancies: Site Engineer, PA TO MD, Personal Chef
Our company is a well established Real Estate and Property Development firm located in Lagos. We have vacancies in the following areas for qualified professionals.
Job Title: Site Engineer
Responsibilities
- To control and manage the site engineering department
- Take ownership of the responsibility to ensure the correct design, inclusive of change is followed.
- To ensure the construction project follows the required design, using the correct materials, to the required quality in a safe manner
- To ensure all design and material changes are correctly incorporated into the construction project
- Oversee the day to day running of the site
- Representing the Company towards the client and consultants on site, inclusive of attendance of site meetings, with regard to the technical operations
- To offer technical advice that ranks in the company best interest.
Qualifications
- A good first degree or equivalent In Civil Engineering/ Building Engineering from a reputable institution.
- Ability to prioritize and plan work activities and work quickly and accurately with little or no supervision
- A minimum of 5 years’ cognate experience in similar position is desired
- Must be able to interpret structural drawings with precision
- Must have an eye for details and not be prone to errors
- Excellent leadership, negotiating and influencing skills
Job Title: PA TO MD
Responsibilities
- The successful candidate is to carry out all secretarial and Administrative tasks within assigned unit with given guidelines and set goals.
- He/she must be willing to learn and grow along with the company.
- Ability to plan and sort travels and hotel booking issues against all odds and practically set -up the office of the PA to MD/CEO from scratch will be an added advantage.
Qualifications
- A degree in Law, English Language, Linguistics or any other Humanities.
- Experience of 5yrs and above in similar position.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Diligent, independent and systematic approach to work.
- Good knowledge of MS Office products,
- Excellent Business knowledge of the construction industry
- Ability to work independently with a service-oriented approach to work.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and ability to deal with complex issues.
Position: Personal Chef
Qualifications
- Applicants must be a male with at least a trade certificate or WAEC equivalent and must have worked as a chef for at least 5 years. The applicant must have knowledge of local and continental dishes.
