Position:     SME Sales

Locations:  (Lagos, Abuja, Kano, Kaduna, Abeokuta, Ibadan, Ilorin, Benin)

 

Job Description

  • Providing IT infrastructure solution to small and medium Enterprise clients.
  • Identify Key clients, mapping their requirements, and providing appropriate solutions offering.
  • Sales of services, solutions and products like desktops, laptops, servers and systems Integration services to SME clients.

 

Skills, Qualifications and Experience

  • Candidate should be smart and enthusiastic with excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Should be versed with sales and products like desktops.
  • Must have minimum of four years IT/systems integration
  • Candidate should have B.Sc. In Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or any related field.
  • Must have a minimum of 4 years cognate experience in a similar position and industry.
  • Must nave previous experience in hardware and software solutions sale.

Key Responsibilities and Accountability of Duties:

Create Demand:

  • Generate demand for all the products /services of the organization.
  • Identify and harness opportunity suitable for company’s product/services.
  • Balance sales pipeline with prospect at all stages of marketing cycle.
  • Effective use of win/loss reviews to improve your win ration in your accounts.
  • Grow existing business and develop new business in Nigeria.

Manage Client Relationship:

  • Build strong value-based relationships at all levels and across all relevant, department/divisions of the client’s organization.
  • Develop account plans for all key clients

 

Attributes and Skills:

  • Excellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be self confident and aggressive in meeting targets.
  • Must be result oriented.
  • Possess strong analytical, negotiation and leadership skills
  • Must possess excellent persuasive and negotiating skills:
  • Must be conversant with current developments in IT.
  • Must have good competence in research, data analysis and reporting
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing technology.

 

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Candidate should have B.Sc in Computer Science/Engineering/Business Administration/Marketing or any related field.
  • Must have a minimum of 4 years cognate experience in a similar position and industry.
  • Must have previous experience in hardware and software solutions sale.
