Position: Store Manager
In this role you will be required to manage the store operations, including the shop floor, fitting rooms, stock room and general functions areas through the effective execution of company policy, processes and instructions. Functions include managing store profitability, reporting on stock issues, managing all as administrative documentation and identifying current and potential risk issues, as well as managing financial and budget data and ensuring the implementation of effective workforce tasking.
Requirements:
- Candidates should have Ordinary National Diploma (OND) with 2 to 3 years retail management experience, hands on management style, analytical thinking, business acumen, coaching skills, customer insight and focus, decision making skills, financial management skills planning and organizing skills.
Position: Assistant Store Managers
Giving your best at all times, you will involved in assisting the store manager with customer service, merchandising and housekeeping, security, point of sale operation and related administrative functions
Requirements:
- Candidates should have OND qualification and at least 2 years’ experience in a retail environment
Position: Store Associates
Your great communication skills and natural flair for fashion definitely set you apart from the rest. You will be involved primarily in getting the store ready for customers by merchandising, flat packing, marking of product, unpacking boxes, cashier function, preventing stock loss.
Requirements:
- Candidates should have O level qualification and retail experience
