Position: Strategy Officer
Specifications:
- A good university degree in Economics,, Business Administration Strategic Management and Finance with a minimum of a Second class (Upper Division). A Master degree
A minimum of 3-5 years experience in the technical areas below
- International exposure to strategy or corporate planning experience in a best practice environment.
- Excellent quantitative and qualitative analysis skills with good command of analytical tools and techniques
- Capacity for conceptual and strategic analysis and good command of budgetary and operational management matters
- Strong project management skills
- Client oriented; responsive and mindful of client requirements
- Deliver high quality and reliable output and reports on time
- Excellent writing and verbal skills
Position: Risk Officer
Specifications:
- A good university degree in the Business sciences with .a minimum of Second Class (Upper Division). Masters degree
A minimum of 5 years experience in the technical areas below
- Good experience in credit, Market or Operational Risk
- Good understanding of global regulatory disk standards such as Basel II, Solvency II, etc.
- Strong financial sector experience
- Strong statistical and analytical
- Strong project management
- Excellent Report writing
- Excellent writing and verbal
- Overseas/global best practice experience
