Position: Training Manager (TM 001)
Job Purpose
To provide training and developmental programmes for employees and other professionals within and outside the insurance industry
Key Accountabilities
- Plans, organizes, and directs a wide range of training activities for professionals within and outside the Insurance Industry.
- Designs and develops training programmes for the Academy.
- Manages the delivery of train programme
Education/Knowledge/Skills
- A good first degree in Insurance. Economics or any business related course
- A second degree will be an added advantage
- A minimum of 7 years experience, managing training function of a reputable organization
Position: Graduate Trainee (GT 001)
Education/Knowledge/Skills
- A fresh graduate in any discipline with a 2.1 grade from a reputable Institution
- A minimum of 1 -2 years post NYSC experience
- Good knowledge of computer application
- Must not be more than 25years of ago
