The below position is available for suitably qualified candidates:
Position: Workshop Supervisor
Duties & Responsibilities:
- General supervision and maintenance of Workshop activities.
- Manage and monitor spare part overhauling
- Keep inventory of special tools and usage
- Maintain records of machine tool inspection in line with QSMS standard
- Advise on stock requirements/stock adjustments
- Assessment of dedicated workshop staff
Key skills and behaviour:
- Highly analytical and with good numeracy skills
- Able to work with detail but maintain an overview
- Able to work to deadlines with a minimum of supervision
- Good interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a multicultural environment
Experience:
- You have worked in Marine Engineering Company
- Experience in an international environment is an asset
Education:
- Degree in Engineering discipline
Languages:
- Fluent in English
Computer knowledge:
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
