Position: Head, Credit and Sales Marketing
Academic Qualification:
- Minimum of B.SC/HND degree in any discipline.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in retail marketing, experience from Microfinance Banks is an added advantage.
- Candidate must understand microfinance banking RETAIL strategies and ensure the formulation, Implementation and promotion of periodic marketing strategies and tactics to ensure deposit & loan targets are met and surpassed with low PAR.
- S/he must have a proven track record of performance in risk management and deposit mobilization
Remuneration is negotiable
Position: Marketing/Cash collection officers
Academic Qualification:
- Candidates must have OND holders only (preferably resident in Mushin/Ojuelegba/Surulere and its environs)
Requirements:
- Candidate must be intelligent, interested in marketing and have a can-do attitude with good communication skills (minimum of one year MFB marketing experience).
