Our client, ULO Consultants, is a wholly owned Nigerian construction company with a proven track record of delivering large public sector projects to demanding clients. They provide a wide range of highly technical services from project Design and Civil/Structural Engineering to Mechanical and Electrical Engineering.
Position: Architect
Location: Abuja
Reporting to an expatriate General Manager,
Qualifications
- Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and a minimum of 5 years of hand-on experience, which includes large-scale projects. Licensed as an architect in Nigeria you should be ready to travel extensively within Nigeria to visit project sites.
- You will be familiar with CAD software and capable of preparing project designs as well as project plans.
- The ability to coordinate projects and motivate others around you will be essential as well as the enthusiasm to meet deadlines and work long hours
Position: Civil Engineer
Location: Abuja and Asaba
Responsibilities/Requirements
- The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelors (B.sc) or Masters (M.sc) in Civil Engineering and demonstrate 5-10 years relevant experience of large-scale projects.
- The willingness to travel extensively across Nigeria to visit project sites is a pre-requisite for this exciting opportunity.
- You will have excellent grades in mathematics and science as well as strong IT skills with the ability to quickly analyze large amount of data and assess solution.
- Working with different teams and other construction experts, excellent communication and team working skills are essential.
- You will also have a comprehensive knowledge of the relevant Nigerian legal regulations, be able to make decisions confidently and keep projects on time and on budget
- Some current projects include the International Airport in Asaba, Delta State;
- Dualisation of Ughelli-Asaba Road, Delta State; New Government House Asaba, Dealta state and Murtala Mohammed specialist Hospital, Sokoto State
