Vacancies: Asset Manager, Marketing Director

We require qualified and experienced personnel to fill the positions below:

Position: Asset Manager ( Ref: AM/OEL/3/11/02)

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Reporting directly to the Executive Director, Technical, the post-holder will serve as the primary conduit for the operations  Department and the  marketing Department.

Qualification

  • As such, the  post-holder should have a good degree (B.sc) in Estate Management or Quantity Surveying.
  • A Master’s degree (M.sc) in any of the  related areas of environmental sciences will be an advantage
  • A minimum of live (5) years’ cognate experience in asset/property management will ensure the post holder is able  to: manage assets efficiently, undertake property surveillance and monitoring, maintain proper relationships, provide  expert advisory services, provide  quality service delivery, implement  policy, report effectively, and manage staff and self.

 

In addition, this role  requires that the successful post-holder be motivated, diligent , process minded, confident  in his/her abilities  to deliver  as expected and requested. S/he must have good social skills, sound knowledge of project management, in depth knowledge of Estate Management , negotiating skills technical aptitude,, excellent written and verbal communication skills and  a thorough knowledge of the  Local, State and Federal bye-laws on property management.

To enable the post-holder deliver on the main purpose and key responsibilities of this  role, s/he should  have  a collaborative attitude and must be courageous, responsible, enterprising, highly inquisitive, streetwise and have a thirst for information.

 

Position: Marketing Director (Ref: MD/OEL/3/11/01)

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the post holder will direct the Agency’s overall marketing and strategic planning programs and facilitate client/brand development through marketing and client service activities including a robust communications programme. The major objective of this role is to attract and retain as many customers as possible for the organization.

Qualification

  • As such, the post holder should have a good first degree with concentration in marketing. However, a business or communications degree will be accepted while an MBA will be helpful/preferred.
  • At least five (5) years experience in a previous marketing  director role or five to eight years of financial industry knowledge and experience will ensure the post-holder is able to: direct marketing operations, develop new and profitable business, conduct market research, develop and coordinate marketing promotions, provide expert advisory service, manage staff, implement policy, maintain relationships internally and externally, negotiate to win, provide effective and  useable reports and manage self.

 

In addition, this role requires that the successful post-holder must be able to demonstrate the following: appropriate skills and experience in effective communication and persuasion, oral and written skills in the presentation of ideas and concepts to clients and government authorities, skills in providing leadership and consensus building for performance; be diligent, process minded and a  passionate believer in turnaround solutions. S/he should be  highly motivated in delivering results, be goal driven, have project management skills with the ability to interpret and analyze market research data. Interpersonal skills, marketing management and strategic planning with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications are essential.
