Position: Assistant Architect
Requirements:
- Applicants must have a First Degree in Architecture from a reputable University. A Master’s Degree in Architecture will be an added advantage.
- Applicants must also possess at least 5yrs post NYSC experience from a reputable organization.
Description:
- Supervising work of contractors on site
- Resolving design problems and issues that arise during construction
- Producing detailed working drawings and specifications
- Provide CAD details as well as corresponding 3D images
- Articulate design ideas unto corresponding construction drawings
Requirements/ Skills:
- High level of creativity, imagination and vision vision
- Excellent design and drafting skills as well as proficiency in Computer- aided design (CAD)
- Detail oriented
- Ability to work well without supervision and within a group
