Position: Commission Sales Agents
The ideal candidates should be able to:
- Generate profitable orders for the Company
- Influence profitable orders for the Company
- Add new clients to the Company Portfolio
- Identify and target new product markets
Skills
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Proven Sales Track record on successful Account Management/Business Development
- Excellent negotiating and closing sales abilities
- Must be Computer literate
- Existing contacts and experience in the Building Industry.
Position: Technical Sales Executives
The ideal candidates will be between 25 and 35 years of age and must possess a B.Sc/HND in Civil/Building/Structural/Architectural Engineering with a minimum of 5 years relevant working experience, preferably in the Building Industry.
Job Requirement
- Furnish Cream Product Specifies and Institutional Clients with Product Technical Details
- Execute marketing strategies through efficient and professional sales of products to achieve planned Sales Volumes, Margins and Market Share.
- Excellent Communication/Interpersonal Skills
- Proficient in the use of Computer Packages including Autocad and MS Project
- Valid Drivers’ License.
