A Fast Growing Construction Company in Abuja requires the services of experienced professional to fill the positions below:
Position: Contract Manager:
Responsibilities:
- Candidates would be responsible for a group of projects or more.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Candidates must possess HND/B.Sc in Building Technology or Civil Engineering
- Minimum of 10-15 years post NYSC experience
- Must be between the ages 30-45years
- Must have worked in a reputable construction company
- Must have headed a project site in the last 5 years with a minimum of 50 artisans
- Candidates must have M.Sc or post graduate Diploma in project management will be an added advantage
- Membership of relevant professional bodies like COREN and NIB shall be considered.
Position: Project and Site Managers:
Responsibilities:
- Candidates would be responsible for a small site or more probably larger project.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Candidates must have HND/B.Sc in Building technology or Civil Engineering
- Minimum of 5-10 years post NYSC experience
- Must not less than the age of 27years
- Must have worked in a construction company
- Must have headed a project site in the last 3 years with a minimum of 50 artisans
- Candidates must have M.Sc or post graduate Diploma in project management will be an added advantage
- Membership of relevant professional bodies shall be considered.
