Vacancy exists for the following post in a Well Established Firm of Estate Surveyors and Valuers with Head Quarters in Lagos with very encouraging conditions of service.
Position: Estate Surveyor (Valuation Dept.)
Qualification:
- B.Sc or HND in Estate Management with a minimum of 5 years cognate experience.
- Must be very Good in Valuation
- Must be able to drive and have a Valid Drivers Licence.
- Resident in Lagos and have a good knowledge of the real estate market.
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision
- ANIVS is an added advantage
Position: Estate Surveyor (Management Dept.)
Qualification:
- B.Sc or HND in Estate Management with a minimum of 5 years cognate experience.
- Must be very Good in Property Management
- Must be able to drive and have a Valid Drivers Licence.
- Resident in Lagos and have a good knowledge of the real estate market.
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision
- ANIVS is an added advantage
Position: Pupil Estate Surveyor
Qualification:
- B.Sc or HND in Estate Management with a minimum of 2 years cognate experience.
- Must be able to drive + a Valid Drivers Licence.
- Resident in Lagos and have a good knowledge of the real estate market.
- Good marketing and communication skills.
