Vacancies: Project Coordinator/Development Manager, Architect
Ours is a Growing Construction and Property Development Company based in Lagos with projects in Nigeria and West Africa Sub-region. Envisioned to be the leading global Construction and Property Development Company committed to superior value delivery to its customers and other stakeholders. Due to expansion of our client base, we seek exceptionally qualified and motivated candidates to fill the following positions.
Position: Project Coordinator/Development Manager
- To coordinate all business development and research activities required to provide necessary information to support business decisions.
- To actively engage with relevant stakeholders (both internal and external) in ensuring project deliverables are met.
- Define Project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with management and stakeholders
- Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
- Proactively coordinating projects and acting as central point of contact for the project team.
Qualification and Experience:
- A good university degree or HND in Engineering or other related disciplines.
- Demonstrable experience of not less than eight (8) years in handling similar responsibilities in the construction industry would be preferred.
Position: Architect
Responsibilities:
- Designing new structured-extensions or alterations to existing structures or advising on the restoration and conservation of old properties and other structures.
- Preparing and presenting feasibility reports and design proposals
- Using computer aided design (CAD) in design and project management
- Producing detailed workings, drawings and specifications for construction and approval
- Regular site visit to check on progress, ensuring that the project is running on time and to budget.
Qualification and Experience:
- A good university degree or HND in Architecture or other related field.
- A minimum of 2-4 years post NYSC working experience in the construction industry would be preferred.
