Position: Project Manager Mechanical
Requirement
- B.sc HND in Mechanical Engineering
- High proficiency in ICT and Microsoft office packages. Project Management Professional (PMF)
Description of responsibilities/functions
- Coordination of workshop and As-built drawings,
- Preparation of Operation and Maintenance manual for Insisted equipments on project site
- Contract drafting for sub-contractors.
- General supervision and coordination of HVAC. plumbing and fire suppression prefects.
- To manage and coordinate mechanical sub-contractors on projects under the direct supervision of head office
- Assigning responsibilities to subordinate engineers and monitoring their progress.
- Preparation and follow-up of project execution schedule.
Position: Contract Manager
Requirement
- University Degree/HND in Quantity Surveying
- Relevant professional Qualification
- 7 years or more Managerial Experience
Job Description:
- Resident Quantity Surveyor
- Preparation and drafting of Contract documents
- Post contract administration (site visit, site meeting and valuation of works progress negation of variation
- Reading and Advice the management on terms and conditions
- Preparation of Materials Schedule for new projects
