Vacancies: Quantity Surveyor, Architect

Position: Quantity Surveyor-QTS 260
- Reporting to the Chief Engineer, the Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for and focused on managing the cost of all projects and enhance value for money by preparing accurate Bill of Quantities, progress reports including valuation of works and estimates of final accounts of all projects undertaken by the company. The incumbent is expected to bring innovative ideas to project delivery for our clients.
Qualifications:
- Candidates should have B.Sc /HND Quantity Surveying, membership of relevant professional body of the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveying is desirable.
- The desired candidate must be able to work with minimum supervision; and must have spent the last 4-6 years in Building Construction sites and Project management.
Position: Architect- ARC 250
- Reporting to the Head, Business Development; the Architect shall be responsible for developing and translating our clients’ concepts into realistic commercial designs.
- The ideal candidate should be a registered member of ARCON with B.Arch or M.Sc Architecture with 3-4 years practical hands on experience in conceptualization and creating saleable designs.
