Vacancies: Quantity Surveyors, Architects
We are a Multidisciplinary Firm of Consultants in the Building Industry situated in Lekki, Lagos, Nigeria. As part of our expansion strategy, we require energetic, dynamic and experienced professionals to fill the following vacant positions:
Position: Quantity Surveyors
Qualification:
- B.Sc. in Quantity Surveying.
- Possession of NIQS is a necessity.
Key competencies
- A good understanding of business and professional practice
- Good communication skills
- Ability to explain technical financial information clearly
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Honesty and discretion.
Experience: 5 years experience in a reputable organization.
AGE: 28 – 35 YEARS.
Position: Architects
Qualifications:
- Candidates must be Design Architects with B.Arch with a good grade from any reputable University.
- Certification by NIA is an added advantage
Key Competencies
- Coordination and oversight of the construction documents
- Effective co-ordination of in-house production team members
- Effective Management of different participating Consultants
- Strategic and focused business perspective
- Adequate site supervision experience.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years post-graduation experience in a reputable Architectural Firm.
AGE: 28-35 YEARS
