A Property Development Company based in Lagos has employment vacancies for the following positions on the Island:
Position: Quantity Surveyors: Ref: GS
Requirement:
- Candidates must possess a B.Sc /HND in Quantity Surveying.
- Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years cognate experience in the Building Industry.
Position: Electrical Technicians: Ref: HI
Requirement:
- Candidates must possess a relevant university degree or HND with 3-5years experience in this field.
- Also candidates must be proficient in electrical wiring, electrical installations generator maintenance and the maintenance of electrical appliance.
Position: Carpenters:
Requirement:
- Candidates must possess a degree from on accredited Trade/ Technical School.
- They must skilled carpenters with the ability to fabricate and instal furniture. Proficiency in plasterboard installation and painting will be on advantage
