Position: Quantity Surveyors
Qualification:
- Good B.Sc. or HND in Quantity Surveying.
- 5 years proven working experience on building & civil engineering projects in a quality driven environment.
- First rate analytical and communication skills necessary with proficiency in MS office package.
Position: Site Engineers & Supervisors
Qualification:
- Good B.Sc or HND in Build/Civil Engineering with 5 years construction experience and computer skills required for Engineers.
- Tradesmen with 15 years min. experience and excellent knowledge of masonry & finishing works are eligible for supervisors.
- Must have great coordination skills and ability to meet time lines.
Position: Business Development Executives
Qualification:
- Good B.Sc. or HND in Business, Engineering or Sciences.
- 5 years of success in a Business Development capacity with at least 3 years in a construction, real estate or mortgage finance environment.
- First rate communication, high level influencing and negotiation skills coupled with energy and enthusiasm necessary.
