Vacancies: Real Estate Development Manager, General Manager-Haulage
We are a First Class Transport, Logistics and Courier Company with operations in more than 27 states and 104 locations in Nigeria and West Africa with more than 30years of experience in these businesses, we are embarking on a new phase of expansion and we require the services of outstanding and goal driven personnel for the following positions:
Position: Real Estate Development Manager
Qualifications
- B.Tech Civil Engineering/Architecture/Quantity Surveyors
Should have relevant knowledge on:
- Expertise in negotiation, site selection, construction, real estate contract law, understanding boundary and topographic surveys (building plans)
Attributes
- Must have at least 3 years working experience in Estate Development
- Must be physically fit
- Must be highly analytical with good business talent
- Responsible and mature
Position: General Manager-Haulage
This is a senior level position which requires a high level of integrity and customer service abilities. This position requires a pro-active, analytical and process driven individual who is very customer centric with a passion for delivering a high end service to its customers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering
- Any other technical courses would be advantageous.
Attributes
- Minimum of 5-10 years in the transportation or logistics industry, with at least 5 years held at a senior management level
- Strong knowledge and experience of transport Management, planning and scheduling
- Experience within Automotive logistics would be an advantage
- Knowledge of the Middle East logistics on transportation industry would be highly advantageous
- Good working knowledge of fleet management
- Proven strong business development and relationship building abilities
- Technical or working knowledge of SAP or equivalent ERP software
- Proven working knowledge of logistics management methodologies such as Lean & Six Sigma
