Vacancies: Resident Manager, Site Supervisors, Marketing Executive
We are a well- established Real Estate and Property Development firm with Head Office in Abuja and branches in Owerri and Port-Harcourt. Owing to expansion in the scope of our operations, we need dynamic and result-oriented individuals to fill the positions below:
Position: Resident Manager
Location: Owerri
Reporting to the HEAD, OPERATIONS AND SERVICES MANAGEMENT.
The ideal candidate shall not be more than 40 years as at the last birthday and should possess the following qualifications:
- Degree in Architecture, Building OR Civil Engineering and proficiency in Information & Communication Technology (ICT)
- Possession of Post-Graduate degree in Construction Management/ Project Management and Membership of relevant professional association
- Must have at least five (5) years post NYSC experience
The ideal candidate will also carry out administrative and technical functions as the Head of the branch.
Position: Site Supervisors 2Nos.
Location: (OWERRI)
Reporting to the SITE MANAGER.
The ideal candidates shall not be more than 35 years as at the last birthday and should possess the following qualifications:
- Degree in Architecture, Building or Civil Engineering and 3 years post-NYSC experience
- Proficiency in the use of Auto CAD is mandatory
- Possession of professional certificates such as MNIA, MNIOB or MNSE will be an added advantage.
Position: Marketing Executive
Location: (Owerri)
Reporting to the SITE MANAGER and HEAD, SALES & MARKE .
The ideal candidate shall not be more than 30 years as the last birthday. He/She shall conduct sales presentations for prospective customers.
- Degree/HND in Estate Management or Marketing, the right candidate MUST also have held a similar position in a Property Development company.
