Vacancies: Senior Architect, Resident/Site Architect
An Architectural Firm based in Lagos requires the services of Competent, Resourceful and Result Oriented individuals to fill the following vacancies:
Position: Senior Architect
Location: Lagos
Qualification:
- Minimum of M.Sc. Architecture or its equivalent Architect with 8-10 years relevant working experience preferably in an architectural firm Must be registered with an ARCON/NIA
Responsibility:
- Preparation of preliminary design schemes for clients’ approval
- Must be creative, intuitive with high level design ability
- Proficiency in 2D/3D, Animation will be an added advantage.
- Ability to produce detailed Architectural working drawings and contract documents including details, specifications etc. with minimum supervision.
- Ability to reconcile/coordinate work of other professionals, engineers, quantity surveyors, to deliver high quality projects/developments.
- Tender documentations and project management
- Must have good leadership and management skills.
Position: Resident/Site Architect
Location: Port Harcourt and Lagos.
Qualification:
- Minimum of M.Sc Architecture or its equivalent. Must be registered with ARCON/NIA
Responsibility/Experience:
- 10 years post qualification experience with verifiable experience in residency services especially in residential estate developments or other large scale development
- Experience in site Administration and Project management.
- Excellent communication skills
- Quality assurance and monitoring skills,
- AutoCAD/Project management software proficiency
