Our company is a well established Real Estate and Property Development firm located in Lagos. We have vacancies in the following areas for qualified professionals.

 

Position:     Site Engineer

Job I.D:      MCSE003

Reports to:           Head of Project

Responsibilities

  • To control and manage the site engineering department
  • Take ownership of the responsibility to ensure the correct design. Inclusive of change is followed
  • To ensure the construction project follows the required design, using the correct materials, to the required quality in a safe manner
  • To ensure all design and material changes are correctly incorporated into the construction project
  • Oversee the day to day running of the site
  • Representing the Company towards the client and consultants on site, inclusive of attendance of site meetings, with regard to the technical operations
  • To assist the Head of Project in the control of change orders

 

Qualifications:

  • A good first degree in Architecture from a reputable institution
  • Ability to prioritize and plan work activities and work quickly and accurately with minimal direction
  • A minimum of 5 years’ cognate experience in similar position is desired
  • Must be able to interpret structural drawings with precision
  • Must have an eye for details and not be prone to errors
  • Excellent leadership, negotiating and influencing skills

 

Position:     Personal Assistant to MD

Reports to: Managing Director

 

Responsibilities

The successful candidate is to carry out all secretarial and Administrative tasks within assigned unit with given guidelines and set goals. He/she must be willing to learn and grow along with the company

 

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Law, English Language, Linguistics or any other Humanities.
  • Experience of 5yrs and above in similar position
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Diligent, independent and systematic approach to work
  • Good knowledge of MS Office products,
  • Excellent Business knowledge of the construction industry
  • Ability to work independently with a service-oriented approach to work.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and ability to deal with complex issues.
