Position: Trainee Estate Surveyors
Qualification:
- Bachelor of Science Degree and HND (Upper credit) in Estate Management, Engineering, and other related fields with minimum of second class upper grade from a well known institution of higher learning.
- Must have good Numeric ability
- Must possess excellent Communication Skills
- Must be self motivated to embark on assignment
- Candidates must be interested in Real Estate Development/Valuation and Practice. Candidates must be computer literate and not more than 26 years old
- And must be able to work independently
Position: Senior Estate Surveyors, Valuers and Project Managers
Qualification:
- Candidates must have the above stated qualifications and grades.
- An associate member of NIESV is an added advantage.
- Good management and negotiation skills
- An understanding of financial and market products
- Highly organized
- Ability to analyze information with 5-10 years of cognate experience in a reputable Real Estate Firm
- Not more than 28 years.
