We are a thriving Firm of Estate Surveyors and Valuers and Real Estate Consultants, vacancies currently exist in our Management and Agency Departments
Position: Estate Surveyor and Valuer
Qualification:
- Candidates must have B.Sc or HND in Estate Management with a minimum of 5 years cognate experience.
- Must be able to drive with a Valid Drivers License.
- Resident in Lagos and have a good knowledge of real estate market.
- Must be computer literate.
- Good marketing and communication skills.
- Professional qualification – ANIVS will be an added advantage.
NB:
- For the Management Department, candidates must have experience in the management of commercial and residential properties
- For the Agency Department, candidates must have flair for sales and letting of properties.
Position: Pupil Estate Surveyor
Qualification:
- Candidates must have B.Sc or HND in Estate Management with a minimum of 2 years cognate experience.
- Must be able to drive + a Valid Drivers License.
- Resident in Lagos and have a good knowledge of real estate market.
- Good marketing and communication skills.
Position: Estate Officer
Qualification:
- Candidates must have OND holder from a reputable institution in Nigeria
- Resident in Lagos
- Good communication and marketing skills.
