PARKS AND GARDENING SECTION

Position: Assistant Technical Officer – (CONTISS 05)

Requirement:

• Candidates should possess National Diploma in Electrical, Building, Architecture, Mechanical, Quality Surveying, Civil Engineering, Estate Management, Land Survey from recognized institutions with a minimum of Lower Credit.
• Candidates should also possess in addition to the above with Credit Pass in five (5) subjects including English and Mathematics.
• Computer Literacy and knowledge of Application of ICT would be an added advantage.

PHYSICAL PLANNING SECTION

Position: Architect II – (CONTISS 07)

Requirement:

Possession of:-

• B.Sc. Degree in Architecture with grade not less than Second Class (Lower Division) obtained from a University recognized by Architect Registration Council of Nigeria (ARCON).
• Qualifications registrable with the Architect Registration Council of Nigeria (ARCON).
• Final I Examination of NIA or Final I Examination of Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA).

Position: Building Officer I – (CONTISS 08)

Requirement:

Possession of:-

• Degree in Building /Building Technology from a recognized University with a minimum of Second Class (Lower Division).
• A Pass in the final Part II Examination of Nigeria Institute of Builders or Chartered Institute of Buildings of England.
• Any equivalent Professional Qualification registrable with CORBON.
