Academic
Faculty of Environmental Design and Management
Department of Urban and Regional Planning
Position: Lecturer II
Salary Scale: – CONUASS 03
Qualification/Experience:
- Candidates should possess first degree in Urban and Regional Planning and a Ph.D. in the same or related/equivalent discipline.
- Candidates with M.Sc (by research thesis) in Urban and Regional Planning who possess registration with TOPREC will also be considered.
- In addition, candidates must be sound in the use of AUTOCARD and GIS and must be registerable with NITP and TOPREC. Evidence of research and publications in relevant peer reviewed academic journals will be an added advantage.
Position: Assistant Lecturer
Salary Scale: – CONUASS 02
Qualification/Experience:
- Candidates should possess first degree in Urban and Regional Planning with M.Sc. (by research thesis) in the same or related/equivalent discipline.
- Candidates’ qualifications must be registrable for Ph.D. programme (60% in the coursework of academic M.Sc. programme) in Urban and Regional Planning in the University and with the TOPREC.
- Candidates with B.Sc. in Urban and Regional Planning with a minimum of Second Class Upper Division may be considered but must have registered with TOPREC. In addition candidates must be sound in the use of AUTOCARD and GIS.
Position: Graduate Assistant
Salary Scale: – CONUASS 01
Qualification/Experience:
- Candidates should possess a minimum of Second Class Upper Division degree in Urban and Regional Planning.
- Candidates must be sound in the use of AUTOCARD and GIS. Completion of National Youth Service (NYSC) is compulsory.
