The Benue State University Teaching Hospital, Makurdi hereby invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for appointment into the under-listed establishment positions.
Position: Principal Nursing Sister/Superintendant I/PNO (CONHESS 10)
Qualification
- Candidate must be a Registered Nurse/Midwife. Those with additional qualification in any of the following nursing specialty areas will be on advantage.
a) Anaesthesia
b) Peri Operative/Theatre
c) Peadiatrics
d) Ophthalmic
e) Orthopeadics
f) Plastic and Burns
g) Accident and Emergency
h) Psychiatric
i) Dialysis
Experience
Candidate must have at least 10 years post qualification experience from an approved hospital.
Position: Principal Nursing Sister/Superintendant Il/SNO (CONHESS 09)
Qualification
- Candidate must be a Registered Nurse/Midwife. Those with additional qualification in any of the following nursing specialty areas will be on advantage.

Experience:
- Applicants should have at least 7 years post qualification experience.
