Vacancies: Professor, Associate Professor, Senior Lecturer

Academic

 

Faculty of Environmental Design and Management

Department of Estate Management

 

Position: Professor   

Salary Scale: –    CONUASS 07

Qualification/Experience:

  • Candidates should possess a first degree in Estate Management with Ph.D in the same or related/equivalent discipline with relevant teaching and research experience at University level.
  • Also, the candidate must be corporate member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) and must be a registered member of the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVRABON).
  • Evidence of research and publications in reputable national and international journals and proven ability to conduct and supervise industry and student related research, are essential.

 

Position: Associate Professor

Salary Scale: – CONUASS 06

Qualification/Experience:

Position: Senior Lecturer

Salary Scale: – CONUASS 05

Qualification/Experience:

  • Candidates should possess a first degree in Estate Management with Ph.D in the same or related/equivalent discipline with relevant teaching and research experience at University level.
  • Also, the candidate must be corporate member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) and must be a registered member of the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVRABON).
  • Evidence of research and publications in reputable national and international journals and proven ability to conduct and supervise industry and student related research, are essential.

 

Areas of Specialization

Property Valuation and Investment Appraisal; Urban Land Policy and Administration; Property Development and Finance; Property Portfolio Management and Analysis and Environmental Impact Analysis

(xxi)            Names and address of three (3) referees who must have been closely associated with candidate’s academic/work experience.
