Academic
Faculty of Environmental Design and Management
Department of Estate Management
Position: Professor
Salary Scale: – CONUASS 07
Qualification/Experience:
- Candidates should possess a first degree in Estate Management with Ph.D in the same or related/equivalent discipline with relevant teaching and research experience at University level.
- Also, the candidate must be corporate member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) and must be a registered member of the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVRABON).
- Evidence of research and publications in reputable national and international journals and proven ability to conduct and supervise industry and student related research, are essential.
Position: Associate Professor
Salary Scale: – CONUASS 06
Qualification/Experience:

Property Valuation and Investment Appraisal; Urban Land Policy and Administration; Property Development and Finance; Property Portfolio Management and Analysis and Environmental Impact Analysis
