Vacancies exist for outstanding Academic and Non Academic Staff in the College of Management and Information Technology of the American International University, West Africa, The Gambia Campus.
The Positions are as follows:
DEPARTMENT OF COMPUTER SCIENCE AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
Position: Professor (in Computer Science and Information Technology)
Qualifications
- Candidate will have at least 10 – 20 years teaching experience in a reputable university. Candidate must have PhD in a relevant discipline. Experience in and familiarity with American educational curricula is an advantage but not a prerequisite.
Position: Senior Lecturer (in Computer Science and Information Technology)
Qualifications
- Candidate will have at least 10 – 20 years teaching experience in a reputable university. Candidate must have PhD in a relevant discipline. Experience in and familiarity with American educational curricula is an advantage but not a prerequisite.
Position: Lecturer I (in Computer Science and Information Technology)
Qualifications
- Ideal candidates will have a minimum of M.Sc or its equivalent in the relevant subjects and must have at least 5 years teaching experience in a reputable university.
Position: Lecturer II (in Computer Science and Information Technology)
Qualifications
- Ideal candidates will have a minimum of M.Sc or its equivalent in the relevant subjects and must have at least 5 years teaching experience in a reputable university.
Position: Assistance Lecturer (in Computer Science and Information Technology)
Qualifications
- Candidate will have a minimum of M.Sc or its equivalent in the relevant subjects and must have at least 2 years teaching experience.
