Vacancies exist for outstanding Academic and Non Academic Staff in the College of Management and Information Technology of the American International University, West Africa, The Gambia Campus.
The Positions are as follows:
DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES AND LABOUR MANAGEMENT
Position: Professor (in Human Resources and Labour Management)
Qualifications
- Candidate will have at least 10 – 20 years teaching experience in a reputable university.
- Candidate must have PhD in a relevant discipline.
- Experience in and familiarity with American educational curricula is an advantage but not a prerequisite.
Position: Senior Lecturer (in Human Resources and Labour Management)
Qualifications
- Candidate will have at least 10 – 20 years teaching experience in a reputable university.
- Candidate must have PhD in a relevant discipline.
- Experience in and familiarity with American educational curricula is an advantage but not a prerequisite.
Position: Lecturer I (in Human Resources and Labour Management)
Qualifications
- Ideal candidates will have a minimum of M.Sc or its equivalent in the relevant subjects and must have at least 5 years teaching experience in a reputable university.
Position: Lecturer II (in Human Resources and Labour Management)
Qualifications
- Ideal candidates will have a minimum of M.Sc or its equivalent in the relevant subjects and must have at least 5 years teaching experience in a reputable university.
Position: Assistance Lecturer (in Human Resources and Labour Management)
Qualifications
- Candidate will have a minimum of M.Sc or its equivalent in the relevant; subjects and must have at least 2 years teaching experience.
