Vacancies: Builder / Structural Engineer, Housekeepers

 

We are a major indigenous  Oil and Gas Services Companyin urgent need of suitably qualified personnel in the following fields:

 

Position: Builder / Structural Engineer

 

Job Responsibilities and duties:

  • Apt Knowledge in the supervision of civil, building works or services contract
  • Challenging structural building in terms of proposed solutions i.e. construction cost, technical requirements, sustainability, suitability and quality.
  • Delivering assigned tasks for the company design & infrastructure development projects
  • Preparing and reviewing documentation for regulatory approvals and contracts issues
  • Preparation of drawings, reports and specifications
  • Ensuring compliance with all projects quality procedures and  requirements
  • Sustaining client relationships and developing new business
  • Preparation of bids and monitoring of project costs and progress
  • Liaising with clients and sub-contractors.

 

 

Key Skills and Competencies:

  • Oil Service experience will be of added advantage.
  • Extensive IT, skills, and able to use these to input, manipulate, extract and present information.
  • Excellent Communication, Writing and Reporting Skills
  • Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
  • Creative, Target Driven with excellent organizational skills
  • Level headed diplomatic approach to working with others.
  • Designing and developing projects and programme of maintenance work

 

 

Experience and Qualifications:

  • B.Sc. or HND in Building or Structural Engineering.
  • 10 years experience in building and construction work
  • Age: 40 -45 years.

 

 

Position: Housekeepers

 

Job Responsibilities and duties:

  • Good and working knowledge of performing various cleaning activities of residential homes.
  • Executed daily maintenance and cleaning procedures such as vacuuming/shampooing carpets, Laying of Bed spreads, dusting furniture, window washing, floor / wall sweeping / mopping / stripping / waxing, restrooms sanitizing/ cleaning and trash removal.
  • To monitor, update and document cleaning materials used in cleaning processes on a daily basis and inform management accordingly.
  • Regular participation in meetings and discussions related to cleanliness.

 

 

Key Skills and Competencies:

  • Hardworking and reliable housekeeper, adept at maintaining cleanliness of residential apartment
  • Positive attitude / Motivated / Enthusiastic / Team Player
  • Good time management – Willing to add hours to complete assigned work

 

 

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of Senior Secondary School Certificate.
  • 10 years experience in the position preferably in a hospitality environment, an added advantage.
  • Must be of pleasant disposition.
  • Age: 28 – 35 years.
