Position:    L2 Support Engineer

 

Requirements:

  • Experience – 3-5 years
  • Skills – Linux RHEL 4.6, Informix – DB, Jboss & excellent communication skills.
  • Telecom domain knowledge is a must. (VTU, IN, SMSC, SMPP)
  • Qualification – BE/B.Tech(ME/M.Tech, MCA
  • Support Tasks -classification of the issue’s, co-ordination with dependent systems,
  • training to L1 team, Implementation of new modules, Advanced MIS reporting, handling of
  • the ticketing system.
  • Other tasks as specified from time to time.
  • Ready to work late hours during emergency.

Position:    L1 Support Engineer

 

Requirements:

  • Experience – 1-2 years
  • Skills – Linux RHEL 4.6, Informix – DB, Jboss & excellent communication skills.
  • Qualification – Technically qualified with valid degree /certificates
  • Support Tasks – Day to day monitoring of the entire platform System e.g Application, DB, Connectivity, log response, MIS reporting, first level contact, fault recognition, isolation & forward to L2 support.
  • Other tasks as specified from time to time.
  • Ready to work in shifts.
