- The qualified person should have B.Sc/HND in Mechanical Engineering.
- A relevant Professional Qualification.
- He should have a minimum of 10 years experience in a manufacturing industry.
- Not more than 45 years of age.

Position: Electrical Engineer
- The qualified person should have B.Sc/HND in Electrical Engineering/ Electronics with strong knowledge of plant manufacturing operations and a minimum of 10 years relevant working experience.
- A relevant Professional Qualification.
- Not more than 45 years of age.
