Vacancies: Mechanical Engineer, Piping Engineer
Our client is a fully Nigerian Company with global engineering, construction, building and maintenance pedigree with an in-house engineering capability. The client has expertise on complex infrastructure projects within the Mining, Marine, Building, Oil, and Gas, Water, Rail, Power, Petrochemical and Transport sectors. Due to expansion and continue growth, the company requires dynamic, self motivated and highly skilled professionals to occupy the following vacant positions
Position: Mechanical Engineer
Key Accountabilities:
- Proficient in rotating equipment design and specification, vibration monitoring and analysis
- Organize and manage all aspects of the workload of a team of mechanical discipline engineers and designers, within the parameters of a project schedule,
- Monitor and review design change and attend all QA Audit for project.
- Approve corrective actions for CAR (Corrective Action Request),
Experiences:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of design experience in oil and gas. LNG experience will be added advantage.
Qualification:
- B.Sc/HND in Mechanical Engineering. Post specialization and membership of relevant professional bodies will be an added advantage.
- Candidate must be computer literate with proficiency in the use of Autocard, PDMS, Plant 3D and other related soft ware
Position: Piping Engineer
Key Accountabilities:
- Be a key part of a project team of a Piping Engineers and will be performing and checking piping stress analysis work on projects.
- Proficient in piping design, modeling and hydraulic analysis
- Ensure recognised engineering practices applicable to piping design and topside/ plant layout are adopted.
- Exercise guidance to staff in the preparation of piping materials and valve specs.
- Ensure Engineering Coordination with the other Sections, produce complete and consistent
- Engineering Dossier
Experiences:
- Minimum of 5-8 years vast design experience in hydrocarbons and power industry. LNG experience will be an added advantage.
Qualification:
- B.Sc/HND in Mechanical Engineering. Post specialization and membership of relevant professional bodies will be an added advantage.
- Candidate must be computer literate with proficiency in the use of Autocard, PDMS, Plant 3D and other related soft ware
- Candidate must be fluent in the use of Autopipe, WinNozzle,, codecalc and other software related to pipe stress analysis.
