A Pentecostal Church located in the Mainland area of Lagos needs the services of a qualified candidate for the position below.
Position: Sound Engineer
- Candidates must be bible believing, personable, professional, responsible, and mature.
- Must possess exceptional organizational skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills,
- Must be detail-oriented, possess a strong work ethic, and have a passion for excellence.
Job Description:
- Setting up, testing and adjusting recording equipment for church service
- Regulating volume level and sound quality during church service, using control consoles.
- Preparing for church service by performing activities such as selecting and setting up microphones etc.
- Mixing and editing voices, music, and taped sound effects for church service and for prerecorded events, using sound mixing boards. Synchronizing and equalizing prerecorded dialogue, music, and sound effects with visual action of motion pictures or television productions, using control consoles.
Job Qualifications and Requirements:
- University degree/HND in Engineering related discipline
- Minimum of 2 years work experience
- Proficient with different types of recording consoles, both analog tape and digital
- Must have knowledge and experience in IT.
- Ability to work in a team
