Position: Chef
Job Objective
- The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and preparation of continental and local dishes under excellent hygienic conditions
Knowledge, Skills and Competencies
- Ability to prepare a variety of continental and local dishes,
- Must be innovative
- Ability to coordinate people and resources
- Good budgeting and planning skills
- Ability to work in a multi-national environment
- Excellent hygiene habits.
Minimum Qualification and Experience
- HND from a reputable Higher Institute.
- Relevant professional qualifications
- Plus 5 years cognate experience
Position: Purchasing Officer
Job Objective
- The successful candidate will be responsible for timely purchasing of supplies, materials, equipment and services for the company. Will also ensure proper keeping of purchasing records/data and pricing in the system.
Knowledge, Skills and Competencies
- Good knowledge of inventory management
- Good Negotiation Skills
- Analytical skills
- Organizing/Planning ability
- Ability to build rapport
- Ability to coordinate people and resources
- Good computer skills
Minimum Qualification and Experience
- B.Sc Degree in purchasing and supply or related disciplines from a reputable Higher Institute.
- Relevant professional qualifications will be an added advantage.
- Plus 5 years cognate experience
