Position: Food and Beverage Supervisors/Managers
Requirement:
- Applicants should have HND and at least 3 years experience in a recognized hotel.
Responsibilities:
Applicant is expected to:
- Supervise kitchen and dining staff.
- Provide leadership and culinary skills.
- Co-ordinate the activities of kitchen and dining areas.
- Take stock of food items and drinks and order replacement accordingly.
- Undertake portion control of food Items.
- Plan for conferences and functions.
- Perform other functions as directed by manager.
- Candidates must be less than 40 years of age.
- Ability to speak a foreign language an added advantage.
Position: Waiters: (Dining and Bar)
Requirement:
- Candidates must have OND or HND and at least one (1) year’s experience in a recognized hotel.
